Monte Nido Laurel Hill in Medford, MA, seeks a Program Manager to oversee daily program operations, admissions, and client charts while ensuring compliance with state licensing and Joint Commission standards. This onsite role reports to the Clinical Director and supports the clinical team in delivering high-quality care for adults with eating disorders.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree and supervisory experience, with CPR certification or within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and relevant supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising staff in day treatment or residential settings preferred.
• CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate admissions and client chart oversight with the Clinical Director.
• Manage administrative and facility operations, ensuring smooth daily functions.
• Lead and schedule Lead Recovery Coaches and Recovery Coaches; manage on-call coverage.
• Support Joint Commission readiness and state licensing activities.
