Job summary

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a Program Director to oversee a continuum of care across multiple counties. You will coordinate services, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with licensing and quality standards while collaborating with regional leadership and partner agencies.

The role involves direct clinical oversight, program development, budgeting, and staff training in a non-direct care capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services is required.
• Master’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• State licensure in a human behavioral science (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) required for clinical programs.
• Certification(s) related to program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of assigned program functions.
• Supervise staff and ensure appropriate client/staff ratios and clinical supervision.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, quality assurance, and fiscal requirements.
• Coordinate service delivery and cases across stakeholders and partners.
• Provide clinical assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention as needed.
• Assist in planning, budgeting, and monitoring program budgets.
