Job summary

Rome Radio Partners in Rome, Georgia, seeks an experienced Program Director to lead day-to-day programming across six stations, including Classic Country, NewsTalk, and Top 40. The role will focus on Modern Country, Adult Contemporary, and Top 40 scheduling, imaging, and promotions with oversight of station websites.

The position requires deep knowledge of Wide Orbit automation and familiarity with Marketron NXT, strong communications with voice talents, and a commitment to local

Qualifications

• The candidate should be detail-oriented and able to handle the challenges that arise across multiple stations.
• Must have a solid understanding of programming automation systems, specifically Wide Orbit.
• Preference for candidates who have worked with Marketron NXT.

Responsibilities

• Schedule day-to-day programming for Modern Country, Adult Contemporary, and Top 40 across six stations.
• Create imaging and develop programming promotions for on-air and online presence.
• Oversee station websites and coordinate with voice talents in and out of market.
• Occasional backup for the Production Department.
