Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in radio programming in a similar market size.
• Proven track record of increasing station visibility and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of the country format (WUBB); Top 40/R a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with radio software including scheduling and automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programming strategies to increase listening occasions and station ratings.
• Perform on-air duties during designated show times each day.
• Collaborate with sales to create on-air and digital marketing solutions.
• Oversee music selection, playlists, and scheduling software.
• Coordinate live events, concerts and promotions including logistics and marketing.
• Maintain strong local engagement through content, branding and promotions.
• Analyze market trends and listener feedback to enhance the brand.
• Maintain a strong online presence including social media and website.
