Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products from design to completion. Plans and directs schedules and budgets, monitors projects from inception through delivery, and may oversee external vendors. Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. Focuses primarily on project/program management, with technical team members as needed. Responsible for overall governance across operational and strategic project portfolios, demonstrating strong management and leadership skills, and experience presenting to C-level executives. Drives structure and organization, utilizing portfolio and project management tools and methodologies, and manages multiple priorities in ambiguous environments. Oversees strategic and operational portfolios and manages relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT, including issue escalation/resolution processes.

Job Qualifications
Required Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Required Experience
7-9 years
Preferred Education
Graduate degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience
10+ years Provider Data Operations experience, including State Master Files and advanced Excel skills with large data sets
Preferred Certifications
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL delivery experience

Pay Range: $80,412 - $156,803 annually. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, education, and skills.
