Job summary

Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW) in Fort Worth is seeking a dedicated Program Director to lead the managed CLASS waiver program and deliver person-centered care. The role requires overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with licensure standards within a full-time schedule.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and have at least 2 years of disability services experience, with a valid driver’s license and reliable

Position Summary:

The Program Director is responsible for the internal operation of the managed waiver program.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Pay/Benefits:

$20/hourly (starting) with Full-time Benefits

Your responsibilities will include...

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the assigned program.
• Monitoring services for your assigned client caseload.
• Ensuring compliance with program and licensure standards.

Required Education/Experience...

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• At LEAST 2 years of experience providing services to individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation, and auto liability insurance.

Preferred Experience...

• Case Management and/or Home Health experience.
• Familiarity with CLASS, CBA, DBMD, PHC, or DADS programs.
