Job summary

Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW) in Fort Worth is seeking a dedicated Program Director to lead the managed CLASS waiver program and deliver person-centered care. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience providing services to individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the assigned program.
• Monitoring services for your assigned client caseload.
• Ensuring compliance with program and licensure standards.
• Supporting and collaborating with office staff.
• Reporting concerns to the Lead Program Director.
• Traveling for client visits and community activities.
