Job summary

Disability Services of the Southwest, Inc. in Dallas is seeking a Program Director to oversee the internal operation of the managed waiver program and lead a compassionate, skilled team.

You will ensure high-quality, person-centered care under the CLASS waiver, monitor services for a defined client caseload, and maintain compliance with licensure standards while coordinating with staff and community partners. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• At LEAST 2 years of experience providing services to individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto liability insurance.

Position Summary

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Pay/Benefits

$20/hourly (starting) with Full-time Benefits

Your responsibilities will include

Required Education/Experience

Preferred Experience

• Case Management and/or Home Health experience.
• Familiarity with CLASS, CBA, DBMD, PHC, or DADS programs.
