Qualifications

• Strong organizational and planning skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff in clinical case management and mental health components.
• Provide group and individual clinical supervision and ongoing training.
• Maintain caseload distribution and ensure program capacity.
• Oversee development of staff trainings and telehealth initiatives.
• Collaborate with community organizations and synagogues for outreach.

Education

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or MFT preferred

Licensed for minimum of 2 years (LCSW/LMFT) in California

Current unrestricted CA Driver’s License

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Strong organizational and planning skills
