Job summary

Jewish Family Service LA in Los Angeles is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee staff delivering clinical mental health treatment and case management within Ezra/Special Needs Life Skills.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work or MFT, CA licensure (LCSW/LMFT) for at least 2 years, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Telehealth proficiency and strong leadership are essential for guiding the team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work (MSW) or MFT required.
• Licensed for minimum 2 years (LCSW/LMFT) in California by the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Current unrestricted CA Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful clinical, supervisory, and administrative experience.
• Qualified to supervise Trainees and Associates in CA per BBS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical supervision and consultation and group supervision.
• Supervise and train staff providing clinical case management, mental health and life skills activities.
• Monitor performance and provide ongoing training and corrective feedback.
• Oversee staff in developing and facilitating support groups and training on EHR and agency policies.
• Maintain collaborative referral processes within JFS programs.
