Job summary

Cayuga Health System seeks a Program Director for the Men's Residential Addictions Recovery Program. This role provides leadership, policy oversight, and regulatory compliance for the residential campus, reporting to the Executive Director.

The director will oversee admissions, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration across Cayuga Health System and Centralus Health. Qualified candidates will have a NYS QHP license, at least 2 years of management experience, and 5+ years in SUD treatment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services required.
• QHP status with 2 years of management experience and at least 5 years SUD treatment experience.
• New York State QHP license or certification; valid NYS driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and use own vehicle as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational guidance to residential program staff.
• Write, revise, and maintain policies ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and accreditations; manage site surveys and corrective actions.
• Oversee admissions, referrals, assessment, and intake; supervise admissions personnel.
• Develop and monitor annual budget with CHS finance team; manage operating expenses.
• Collaborate with executives and partners to analyze operational and quality metrics.
