Job summary

Doma in Hudson, WI seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across two or more sites, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services. You will lead site supervisors, manage budgets, ensure staffing, and drive adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities include supervision, staffing, performance reviews, on-site presence, KPI-driven decision making, and collaboration with guardians, case managers, and external stakeholders. Shift: Mon-Thu 8am-4pm; Salary range $55,000–$75,000.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in human services or related field.
  • Experience meeting stated education/experience combinations.
  • Supervisory experience in a direct care program is required.

  • Lead and manage site supervisors and direct support staff; ensure staffing levels.

  • Manage program budgets and monitor expenses aligned to targets.
  • Support development and implementation of individual service plans.
  • Foster relationships with guardians, case managers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely documentation, incident reporting, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning, program expansion, and talent development.
  • Support data-driven decision making using KPIs; respond to emergencies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in human services
Associate degree in human services
Diploma in human services
Minimum 50 hours of education and training in human services
Four years of direct care experience under supervision
Minimum three years of supervisory experience in direct support

Description


Oversee daily operations of two or more sites, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centered services


Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including licensing requirements


Lead and manage site supervisors and direct support staff; ensure adequate staffing levels and oversee recruitment and retention efforts


Conduct regular supervision, coaching, and performance reviews of direct reports


Maintain regular bi-weekly on-site presence across all assigned sites; establish a consistent routine of walk-throughs, audits, and check-ins


Manage program budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources in alignment with financial targets


Support and monitor the development and implementation of individual service plans


Foster positive relationships with guardians, case managers, and external stakeholders


Ensure timely documentation, incident reporting, medication administration, and follow-up actions


Collaborate with the Regional Executive Director on strategic and operational planning, program expansion, and talent development


Support a culture of data-driven decision-making and staff accountability using KPI's


Respond promptly to emergencies, staffing issues, or concerns from individuals or families


Shift: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm


Salary Range $55,000-$75,000


Requirements


(1) a bachelor's degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;


(2) an associate degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;


(3) a diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; or


(4) a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities; and


(5) four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in clauses (1) to (3)


(6) a minimum of three years of supervisory level experience in a program providing direct support services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older
