Qualifications

• Teaching amazing gymnastics classes based on our curriculum and method.
• Lead the curriculum for the team and ensure best-in-class classes.
• Communicate program information accurately and professionally to staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics classes with enthusiasm and adhere to curriculum.
• Develop and maintain a fun, professional work environment for staff.
• Publicly share knowledge of programs and events to promote offerings.
• Provide outstanding customer service and member experience.
• Assist in studying key business indicators to grow enrollment and finances.
• Handle office tasks including calls, texts, emails, and walk-ins.
• Maintain a clean and safe gym environment.
