Job summary

The Little Gym International is seeking a Coach to lead amazing gymnastics classes and help train the next generation of instructors. You’ll deliver our proven curriculum with energy, ensure class quality aligns with the franchise model, and inspire families with top‑notch service.

This role also involves creating training plans for new hires, coaching spotting workshops, front desk duties when not coaching, and upholding the high standards that make The Little Gym a trusted enrichment program

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helpful.
• Strong desire to serve and help others succeed.
• Kids and parents respond well to you.
• Positive, upbeat attitude with ability to stay focused at work.

Responsibilities

• Coach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method and train our instructors to do the same! Protect program quality by ensuring all classes are aligned with the franchise model.
• Build and execute training plans for new hires. Lead gymnastics spotting workshops for new hires.
• Operate the front desk when not coaching, and manage enrollment & memberships.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Oversee the full of breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
• Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members.
