The Little Gym of Northern Virginia is seeking an energetic team member to teach classes based on our proven curriculum and to provide outstanding member service. You will help oversee the breadth of programs to ensure the high standards of The Little Gym International are met.

You will also train and evaluate fellow team members, contributing to a fun, high-energy work environment that supports children's development and growth.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Oversee the full breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
