Job summary

Yachad Los Angeles is seeking a Program Director to join the leadership team and shape the future of LA programs and services. Under the Regional Director, you will help create and implement social programs that support individuals with disabilities and their families.

This role requires strong program development skills and a passion for inclusion, aiming to increase participation, ensure high-quality programming, and support regional growth.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Yachad's mission for inclusion.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience in program development and event planning.
• Knowledge of the LA Jewish community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and promote Yachad programming in Los Angeles.
• Maintain standards of excellence and inclusivity across programs.
• Develop social, recreational, educational, and leadership opportunities for participants.
• Coordinate and oversee regional Shabbatonim and community events.
• Recruit, train, and supervise teen volunteers and staff.
• Manage intake, registrations, and participant records.
