Yachad Los Angeles, a division of The Orthodox Union, seeks a Program Director to lead and grow services for individuals with disabilities and their families. You will partner with the Regional Director to plan, implement, promote, and evaluate programs across the LA region.

The Orthodox Union (OU) is the largest Orthodox Jewish organization in the U.S., founded in 1898. The OU supports a vast network of synagogues, youth programs, advocacy efforts, services for individuals with disabilities, and international initiatives. It also operates the leading kosher certification service, recognized globally by the symbol on numerous kosher food products.
The Program Director will be part of the leadership team in LA and play a key part in helping shape and grow the future of programs and services in the LA region. Working under the direction and support of the Regional Director, the Program Director will help create and implement social programs that support individuals with disabilities and their families. The Program Director will be responsible for planning, implementing, promoting, and evaluating Yachad Los Angeles programming.
This position requires strong program development skills and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. The Program Director will be responsible for ensuring high-quality programming, increasing participation, and supporting strategic regional growth.
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000, commensurate with experience.
