Job summary

RFK Community Alliance is seeking a Program Director in Middleton, MA to provide overall leadership and oversight of a secure adolescent program. You will guide an interdisciplinary team, ensure service quality, support treatment efforts, and represent the program with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years in residential treatment and supervisory experience, plus knowledge of DYS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience supervising staff in a program setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff performance.
• Lead an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services.
• Ensure compliance with agency, DYS requirements, contracts and licensing standards.
• Support trauma-informed and cognitive-behavioral programming.
• Maintain safety and manage crises with proper documentation.
