Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking an Operational Program Director to lead and coordinate programs serving individuals with ID/DD, mental health needs, and autism in the Washington/Ramsey County, MN area. The role blends direct care with supervisory duties, demanding flexible scheduling and strong leadership.

Three years of supervisory experience in human services, a valid US driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required. A comprehensive benefits package and sign-on bonus are available.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience supervising staff in human services per 245D Designated Manager qualifications.
• Valid United States driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle background.
• Valid liability vehicle insurance with reliable transportation.
• Must be able to perform personal cares and lift/transfer.
• Able to transport persons served in the community.
• Good decision-making, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate overall programs serving individuals with ID/DD, Mental Health, medical needs or autism.
• Balance direct care with supervisory duties and ensure program staffing meets Dungarvin standards.
• Maintain on-call availability and ensure emergency coverage as needed.
• Monitor staff orientation and training to ensure compliance and quality of service.
