Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of up to four programs, including implementation of direct supports.
• Conduct performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation for program staff.
• Decision-making on employee hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Monitor delivery of services to ensure relevance and engagement.
• Available on-call to support staff and cover shifts.
