Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in the program/required discipline taught within the department.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective instruction of at least one course per semester via planning, presenting, and assessment.
• Recommend program changes via curriculum approval processes.
• Develop program-level competencies with faculty for OAP outcomes.
• Communicate updates for instructional materials and syllabi.
• Review LMS materials for DOE rubric compliance.
• Develop class schedules with other departments for Dean approval.
• Ensure reporting and LMS statistics are timely and accurate.
• Lead program advisory and industry collaboration discussions with faculty.
• Oversee program review with data and stakeholder input.
• Onboard, supervise, and support full and part-time faculty.
• Evaluate faculty per College policies.
• Recommend instructional equipment and materials as needed.
• Serve on college committees as assigned.
• Engage in professional development for leadership and instructional quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Dean/Vice President/President.
