Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, or related field; AND three (3) years of professional experience leading public education programs; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience as determined by Human Resources.
• Knowledge of state and Federal laws governing public education and CEP programs.
• Principles of budget management, purchasing, contract management, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manages CEPs to meet community needs and ensure safe learning environments.
• Provide leadership for administration of programs and supervision of non-licensed staff.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and improve programs and goals.
• Monitor program quality and staff performance; hire/train staff as needed.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue forecasting, grants, enrollment fees, and expenditures.
• Develop enrollment procedures and publish program information.
