The Director will drive curriculum development, supervise course design, mentor faculty, and coordinate scheduling. Strong analytics, leadership, and remote/hybrid collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited CSWE program (required).
• Doctorate in Social Work or closely related area (required).
• Significant leadership experience in academia or practitioner settings.
• Experience coordinating faculty, curriculum development, and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead and oversee the development and revision of academic offerings.
• Utilize analytics to drive continuous quality improvement in learner success and curricula.
• Lead accreditation efforts and ensure alignment with standards.
• Oversee curriculum development per external standards; supervise SME course development.
• Build partnerships to drive success of the school and academic offerings.
• Orchestrate course offering/scheduling and supervise Core faculty performance reviews.
• Collaborate on hiring of new faculty; mentor and support learners.
