Job summary

Chinook Fund seeks a Program Director to lead The Giving Project and community-led grantmaking. You will design curricula, manage projects, facilitate trainings, and guide fundraising efforts that advance social justice in Colorado.

The ideal candidate will supervise program staff, coordinate with the Executive Director, and motivate volunteers from varied backgrounds to build a stronger movement. This is a full-time exempt role supporting our mission.

Qualifications

• Experience designing curricula and trainings for diverse groups.
• Strong project management and facilitation skills across programs.
• Proven track record in grassroots fundraising for social justice causes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop all aspects of The Giving Project and community-led grantmaking.
