Role includes overseeing the program for quality, leading Treatment Team Meetings, staff interviews, and ongoing trainings. You will ensure staffing coverage, utilization reviews, and provide individualized therapy as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Masters Degree or Doctorate preferred in Addiction Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• A current and valid LMFT or LMSW or PhD or PsyD or LPC or LCSW or MFTI or RD or equivalent required, supervisory licensure preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in administration or management of mental health programs required.
• Experience in Eating Disorder treatment required.

Aufgaben

• Oversees all aspects of the program to ensure quality and initiates quality improvement as needed.
• Supervise weekly Treatment Team Meetings for effective communication and team approach.
• Participate in interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Provide bi-monthly in-service trainings to staff.
• Maintain staffing coverage and adjust for census; provide on-call support.
• Maintain client caseload and provide individual and family therapy.
