Job summary

Compass Health Center in Northbrook, IL seeks an Associate Director for the Adult Eating Disorders program. You will lead the clinical team, maintain fidelity to the treatment model, and develop clinicians while continuing to provide direct patient care within PHP and IOP settings.

You will collaborate with Registered Dietitians, Primary Therapists, Group Therapists, Family Therapists, and Psychiatry to ensure comprehensive care, oversee operations, supervise staff, and help launch adolescent

Qualifications

• Licensed in Illinois (psychologist, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT)
• 2+ years post-degree clinical experience in eating disorder treatment
• Experience treating OCD, anxiety, PTSD, or depression preferred
• Experience supervising staff (licensed or licensure-seeking) preferred
• Program development and implementation experience
• Experience in PHP/IOP/residential/inpatient settings

Responsibilities
