Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; not required.
  • Two years of direct supervisory experience in childcare or related field.
  • Three years of experience in youth development programs.
  • Knowledge of performance-based contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day program operations and staff supervision.
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and manage program staff.
  • Develop program activities aligned with ExpandED Schools goals.
  • Manage program budget and reporting obligations.
  • Cultivate relationships with schools, partners, and families.
  • Participate in grant writing and fundraising efforts as needed.
  • Present program progress to stakeholders and ensure milestones.
  • Lead team meetings and coordinate with Deputy Director and Managers.
