Job summary
Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Program Director for Product Compliance to drive regulatory-aligned product delivery across Caesars Digital. You will lead initiatives from scoping to approval, manage the Product Compliance team, and coordinate with regulators, labs, and product tech to ensure successful market launches.
The role focuses on building scalable processes, mentoring the team, and aligning with executives on timelines and priorities across North America’s regulated markets.
Qualifications
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in Project Delivery as a Program Manager or Sr. Project Manager.
- 2 to 4+ years of experience within the regulated gaming industry.
- Work closely with VP of Product Compliance to build out team operations processes.
- Knowledge of Project or IT delivery processes and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with executive-level stakeholders, technical and non-technical.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in process management and improvement in an Agile product org.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Lead Caesars Digital initiatives from requirements scoping to regulatory approval.
- Manage day-to-day work of the Product Compliance team and stakeholders.
- Develop processes to track deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Create a centralized repository for project collateral.
- Build relationships with regulators and labs for timely certifications.
- Guide product compliance through jurisdictional expansion and market launches.
