CAMBA’s Cornerstone Program Director is sought to lead the Pink Houses Cornerstone program and oversee day-to-day operations in Brooklyn. You will supervise staff, coordinate with partners, and ensure program goals and reporting deadlines are met.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff scheduling, community engagement, and ensuring safety standards. This role requires evening/weekend hours and a commitment to a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in youth services.
• Two years supervisory/management experience.
• OCFS credentials or related NYS certifications preferred.
• Bilingual in English and another language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of the Cornerstone program.
• Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of youth, adult, senior and community programming.
• Ensure the program meets contractual goals, performance targets, enrollment benchmarks, attendance expectations, and reporting deadlines.
• Supervise, coach, evaluate, and support Assistant Directors, Program Coordinators, Group Leaders, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with DYCD regulations, SAC licensing requirements, CAMBA policies, and safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain relationships with NYCHA, schools, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, purchasing, inventory, and program expenditures.
• Coordinate events, trips, workshops, and community initiatives.
