Job summary

The Kintock Group seeks a State Program Director to plan, direct, and supervise professional staff delivering community corrections services under agency and company guidelines.

Responsibilities include resource planning, staff development, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining effective communication with contracting agencies and community representatives while leading ACA-related duties and training commitments.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred in human services, business or criminal justice.
  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience in managing program-correctional services.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct delivery of services per guidelines.
  • Organize resources and set goals to achieve outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and supervision for a management team.
  • Select, develop and supervise personnel to meet performance expectations.
  • Maintain relationships with contracting agencies and community representatives.
  • Ensure contract compliance in service delivery.
  • Coordinate interagency communications at all levels.
  • Understand and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Perform ACA-related duties.
  • Attend ACA and other required trainings.
  • All other duties as assigned by the Site Administrator.
