Job summary

The Kintock Group, Inc. seeks a supervisory Case Manager to oversee a team, coordinate case histories, and support parole and furlough planning. Under the Program Director, you will supervise counselors and ensure program standards are met.

You will conduct staff meetings, review reports, and participate in mandatory trainings while maintaining aca compliance and coordinating with community facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or a social science is required.
• Three years of effective relevant performance in an adult residential environment (preferably corrections) including staff supervision.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership through supervision of Case Managers in terms of direction, input, feedback, and role modeling.
• Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Represent case management services in management meetings and supervise staff as assigned by the Director.
