The ideal candidate enjoys building new programs, facilitating conversations, connecting people with resources, and helping organizations move from identifying challenges to implementing solutions.
This role will lead AHA's educational programming, including workshops, Lunch & Learns, AHA Talks, and other learning opportunities, creating an educational experience that supports nonprofits at every stage of growth. This individual will also serve as a trusted coach and thought partner for nonprofit leaders, guiding organizations with technical assistance and connections to shared services.
The successful candidate is a coach, facilitator, connector, and program builder. They are energized by helping nonprofits solve complex challenges, enjoy translating ideas into practical solutions, and thrive in an evolving environment where they can help shape both individual organizations and AHA's broader capacity-building strategy.
