Job summary

Chattahoochee Technical College seeks a Program Director to lead CNA and PCT offerings across campus sites. The role includes developing curricula, overseeing credentialing, and ensuring clinical partnerships and student outcomes.

The position reports to the Dean of Nursing, requires travel among campuses, and focuses on maintaining accreditation standards and program quality. Strong teaching and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN) with active GA license.
  • Two years of nursing experience; RN in good standing.
  • Experience with curriculum and program development preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Teach CNA and ALHS courses as scheduled and ensure alignment with curricula.
  • Develop and assess SLOs and general education outcomes; prepare reports.
  • Oversee curriculum development, audits, and credentialing processes for CNA/PCT programs.
  • Coordinate program activities across campuses and Dual Enrollment sites.
  • Support student success through advisement, scheduling, and recruitment efforts.
