The role requires deep governance experience, executive-level reporting, and a proven track record in large-scale enterprise transformations with EBITDA awareness.

Qualifikationen

• 15-20 years IT experience with 8-12 years leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and quality across multiple workstreams.
• Experience on mainframe to cloud modernization programs and governance structures.
• Strong vendor/SI management and contract negotiations.
• Experience presenting status and EBITDA impact to executives.

Aufgaben

• Direct end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT transformation programs.
• Establish and run program governance structures and RAID logs.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and vendor partners toward milestones.
• Manage program budgets, forecast spend, and financial performance.
• Plan and execute parallel-run and cutover phases from mainframe to cloud.
