CRISTA Media in Shoreline, WA, seeks a Director of Programming and Content for KCMS & KWPZ to lead content strategy across on-air and digital platforms. You will supervise full-time air talent and guide the broader Programming and Content team, ensuring music strategy aligns with CRISTA’s mission.

The role collaborates with CRISTA ministries, Marketing and Revenue to grow listenership, impact ministry goals, and maintain FCC compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field.
• Five years on-air radio experience in live and automated formats.
• Five years in radio/media programming management.
• Valid WA state driver's license.
• Proficiency with music scheduling, audio production and broadcast software.

Responsabilités

• Initiate and implement strategies to achieve ministry and ratings goals for each station.
• Primary focus on KCMS/KWPZ; contribute to Purposely Podcast Network and digital streams.
• Ensure technical, operational, and relational excellence in programming.
• Mentor and coach on-air talent; develop measurable goals for staff.
• Provide strategic insights and reporting to GM and executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Promotions to drive listenership and ministry impact.
