Hope Media Group is seeking a Head of Music & Streaming Content to steer the Next Digital Product’s content strategy, sound identity, and playlist philosophy. You will set standards, guide editorial direction, and oversee contractors and the Director of Digital Audio Streams to ensure a cohesive listener experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Music, Communications, Media, or related field, or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in music programming, editorial, or content strategy at a streaming service, radio network, or comparable audio platform.
• Ownership of a playlist or programming philosophy at scale.
• Experience directing contractors or a small team against budget and deadlines.
