CRISTA Ministries is seeking a Director of Programming and Content for KCMS & KWPZ to lead CRISTA Media’s content strategy across platforms.

You will supervise full-time air talent and guide the Programming and Content team, shaping station music strategy with the Music Director and collaborating with the General Manager to align with CRISTA’s mission.

This role requires a strong Christian-centered leadership style, five years of on-air experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Five years on-air experience in LIVE and automated radio.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• Experience with radio audience research and music scheduling tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute programming strategy for CRISTA Media stations.
• Lead on-air talent coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with engineers and sales to support revenue goals.
• Oversee content across on-air and digital platforms and ensure FCC compliance.
• Provide leadership travel to teams and succession planning.
