Job summary

Family & Children’s Services seeks a Program Director to lead the Children's Clinical Services program in OKC/Norman, guiding clinical and administrative operations with a focus on quality, compliance, and community impact.

The role directs multidisciplinary teams, develops services, and ensures trauma-informed, culturally responsive care while managing budgets and reporting for funding needs.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in related field is required.
• 5+ years' of clinical and supervisory experience in mental health services.
• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC or other mental health professional.
• ODMHSAS Case Manager II Certification, completed within 60 days of eligibility.
• Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical and operational functions, maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Supervise and support staff including therapists, case managers, and support personnel including any applicable embedded staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and promote professional development.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate multidisciplinary team members (therapists, case managers, peer support specialists, etc.).
• Develop, implement, and monitor program goals, policies, and procedures that align with organizational objectives and best practices.
• Ensure clinical services are evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive to the needs of diverse populations.
