Rosecrance Behavioral Health seeks a program supervisor to oversee Winnebago County programs, ensuring ethical, legal, and therapeutic service continuity. The role emphasizes leadership, performance feedback, and staff development within a regulated behavioral health setting.

The candidate should hold an advanced degree in a related field, LCPC/LCSW/LMFT licensure when possible, and an LPHA designation. Strong documentation and budget skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Work hours as directed by leadership and additional hours as necessary.
• On 24-hour call-in in emergencies for assigned departments.
• Provide orientation, training, supervision, performance feedback, and evaluations for direct reports.
• Coordinate on-call functions and utilization/contract management for Rosecrance areas.
• Develop annual goals for staff and lead in policy implementation and reporting.
• Represent the department to stakeholders and maintain productive relationships.
