  • Coordinate on-call functions and utilization/contract management for Rosecrance areas.
  • Develop annual goals for staff and lead in policy implementation and reporting.
  • Represent the department to stakeholders and maintain productive relationships.

Position Purpose:

Facilitate, coordinate and supervise all components of the Rosecrance Winnebago County programs as prescribed in the agency goals and objectives. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, a related field or an equivalent

combination of education, training and experience.

  • Licensure as a LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT strongly preferred.
  • LPHA designation from IL Department of Mental Health
  • Experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations is highly recommended.
  • Minimum of three years mid-level supervisory experience
  • Experience or training in budget preparation
  • Demonstrated competency in clinical skills
  • Computer training or experience in a Windows environment
  • Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed
Essential Responsibilities
  • Work hours prescribed by leadership and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
  • On 24-hour call-in case of emergencies relating to assigned departments.
  • Provides orientation, training, ongoing supervision, regular performance feedback, scheduled performance evaluations, and disciplinary interventions for direct reports, as required.
  • Coordinate on-call functions for Rosecrance assigned areas.
  • Coordinate all Utilization Management and Contract Management functions for Rosecrance assigned areas.
  • Provide leadership in development of annual goals for all assigned staff.
  • Serve as a liaison between Rosecrance and key stakeholders and maintain productive relationships.
  • Ensure all state and federal regulations along with Rosecrance Policies and Procedures are maintained.
  • Complete all necessary monthly and quarterly reports by appropriate timelines.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups.
  • Facilitate team meetings and case reviews.
  • Represent the department in PI committees and organizational initiatives as determined appropriate by Leadership.
  • Manage all related contracts, Leases and agreements, and complete monthly reports as required.
  • Responsible for coordinating all physical plant requirements.
  • Maintain a reporting procedure with leadership regarding assigned program services, personnel,
  • and related services and assigned project and/or other duties.
  • Serve as a member of the Administrative Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
  • Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the professional Code of Conduct and within the framework of the law.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
  • Serve as a role model for other staff, patients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing the agency.
  • Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements/Percentage Of Work Time
  • Vision: Must be able to read clinical documentation, policies and procedures and other written materials 75-100%
  • Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with clients within an individual, group or family setting 75-100%; communicate with coworkers 25-49%; communicate on the telephone with a variety of individuals 25-49%
  • Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility between departments within the facility 25-49%
  • Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 0-24%
  • Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 5 pounds of force frequently to lift or move objects 25-49%
  • Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to finger keyboard for computer work and phone equipment for placing/receiving calls 50-74%
  • Sitting: must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time when conducting assessments 50-74%
Environment

Exposure to bloodborne pathogens requires the use of universal precautions and/or personal protective equipment. Exposure to computers.

Pay

The starting salary for this position is $78,794.56
