Job summary

Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. (a UHS subsidiary) seeks a dynamic Program Director in Atlanta to oversee daily operations of the remote call center and IT systems while leading business development to expand telepsychiatry and service line growth across state facilities.

Responsibilities include staff hiring/staffing, cost oversight, and developing client relationships through informative presentations to potential facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters in Business/Behavioral Health preferred.
• Current Driver License; state license (LPC/LMFT/LMSW/LCSW) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Behavioral Health Connections’ remote call center and IT systems.
• Assist Executive Director with monthly expense oversight.
• Coordinate hiring, staffing, performance, and discipline of staff.
• Develop and procure contacts for mobile tele assessments and telepsychiatry services.
