Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. (a UHS subsidiary) seeks a dynamic Program Director in Atlanta to oversee daily operations of the remote call center and IT systems while leading business development to expand telepsychiatry and service line growth across state facilities.

Responsibilities include staff hiring/staffing, cost oversight, and developing client relationships through informative presentations to potential facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters in Business/Behavioral Health preferred.

Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Atlanta is seeking a dynamic and talented Program Director.

The Director of Administrative Services role is responsible for providing assistance of oversight/managing daily operation of Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. (“BHC”) and leading the business development efforts to expand contractual potential existing and potential client facilities regarding BHC’s service line deliverables.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• In conjunction with the Clinical Director, manages the overall day-to-day operations of Behavioral Health Connections’ remote call center including oversight of information technology systems.
• Assists the Executive Director with the oversight of monthly expenses to ensure the operation is on target.
• Coordinates the hiring, staffing, performance, employee relation issues and daily workflow management of staff. In addition, as necessary, responsible for disciplining call center employees, up to and including termination of employment.
• Develop and procure contacts for mobile/tele assessments, telepsychiatry and additional service line growth in the market(s) by providing educational/informational presentations to existing and potential client facilities regarding BHC’s service line deliveries.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Bachelors Degree, Prefer Masters in Business/Psycology or related field. Preferred: Master’s Degree: In Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Health or related field.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Current Driver License. Preferred: Current state license - LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW

EXPERIENCE

1-3 years similiar work experience, prefer 3-5 years
