The Opportunity

1. Lead and oversee the coordination of all behavioral health services, ensuring client-centered, high-quality care.
2. Work closely with a team of Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMHPs) and other behavioral health staff to ensure treatment plans are effectively developed and implemented.
3. Provide leadership, oversight, and evaluations to maintain excellence in service delivery.
4. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and community agencies to support continuity of care.
5. Ensure compliance with all clinical, administrative, and safety protocols.
6. Be a key player in our dynamic, growing organization, helping to shape policies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

1. Master’s degree in Mental Health, Social Work, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mental Health Rehabilitation.
3. A seasoned professional with strong leadership and administrative skills.
4. Proven ability to manage, coordinate, and inspire a behavioral health team.
5. Strong professional references and/or an impressive professional portfolio.
6. Someone who values collaboration, integrity, and innovation in behavioral health care.
