Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Director for the Dive XL Division to lead a high‑stakes portfolio of autonomous systems initiatives. You will guide cost, schedule, and risk across programs, interfacing with internal teams and external partners to build a cohesive portfolio aligned with goals.

You will oversee design, development, testing, and deployment, while maintaining crisp communications up to Senior Leadership and across PMs, engineers, and functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics or related field.
• 10+ years in senior program management roles in autonomous systems, robotics or software.
• Ability to manage mission-focused systems and correlates to hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, technical programs from design to deployment.
• Communicate with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Drive program execution with engineering leaders to maintain velocity.
• Manage customer and partner relationships.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Understand architectural details and propose alternatives.
• Collaborate with Chief Engineer and program managers for portfolio success.
• Ensure timely follow-through on requests and deliverables.
