Responsibilities

• Ensure 24-hour coverage for assessment and intake services.

Responsibilities

SummitRidge Hospital–is a place for Healing and Hope! Our acute care psychiatric hospital is in Lawrenceville (about 25 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta). We provide psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment to adolescents, adults, and seniors, in addition to partial hospitalization and other outpatient programs (includes a location in Athens).

We are seeking an experienced and dynamicDirector of Assessmentto oversee the assessment and referral delivery system for our behavioral health facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the timely and courteous response to all intake and crisis line calls and for coordinating the delivery of psychiatric and chemical dependency assessments. The Director of Assessment will maintain strong professional and community relationships to support referral development, oversee intake department operations, and ensure departmental standards are met. This position is also responsible for securing 24-hour coverage and overseeing both on-site and off-site assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the assessment and referral delivery system for the facility
