We offer mental health evaluations to children, adolescents, adults and older adults in crisis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week response, including all holidays. Our service model focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition of your mental health patients. Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Atlanta is seeking a dynamic and talented Director of Administrative Services.

The Director of Administrative Services role is responsible for operational oversight of the Atlanta Command Center, the Atlanta Behavioral Health Connections, and the Atlanta BH Urgent Care Center. The Director of Administrative Services is responsible for strategic leadership and ensuring performance metrics are met for each department and that metrics are assigned to ensure customer satisfaction. Will lead the BHC Atlanta area in quality, efficiency, and customer service while being innovative while solving and leading through growth and meeting performance.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Providing strategic leadership by aligning departmental goals with company objectives and guiding daily operations with Divisional VP and BHC VP
• Ensures alignment and performance of KPI's, strategic initiatives and reporting expectations with Senior Leadership, (Business Development, VPs, C-Suite for covered programs)
• Ensures all community stakeholders needs are understood and met
• Develop scalable, replicable processes that support growth
