Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate the Enhanced Treatment Program (ETP) policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the Clinical Administrator to ensure treatment activities meet statutes, regulations, and Joint Commission standards.
• Lead staff supervision and program quality improvement efforts.
• Promote Wellness and Recovery principles and maintain safe work practices.
• Ensure program goals align with patient discharge plans and care objectives.
