Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. seeks a Clinical Supervisor for the Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team.

You will oversee assessments, guide treatment planning, and supervise clinicians and direct care staff in community and field settings. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in mental health counseling, rehabilitation, or social work, with experience serving adults with mental illness and a Massachusetts clinical license preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling, rehabilitation, or social work is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and assessments for newly referred clients.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff.
• Oversee treatment planning and crisis planning.
• Deliver field and office-based supervision to staff.
• Facilitate recovery-based services aligned with rehabilitation goals.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
