Job summary

Marion General Hospital, part of Lifepoint Rehabilitation, is seeking a Program Director of Rehabilitation to lead our inpatient rehab unit. This full-time, exempt, on-site role oversees a 15-bed unit with clinical liaisons and case managers, and is responsible for budgeting, compliance, and ongoing quality improvement.

• Supervise and develop staff; provide ongoing training and support.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Represent the rehab program in internal and external meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management. Additional requirements include:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in rehab leadership or administration.
• Valid clinical license as applicable by state.
