Job summary

BGCTX Leaders is seeking a Project Director to manage the 21st Century Community Learning Center – Texas ACE Program across multiple funded sites. The role ensures program quality, grant compliance, and fiscal oversight in collaboration with the COO and CFO.

The ideal candidate will lead staff, coordinate with school districts, TEA, families, and partners to deliver high-quality enrichment and academic-support activities while meeting grant objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in after-school, youth development, education, or grant-funded programming is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and fiscal-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day implementation of the 21st Century program across funded sites.
• Coordinate with CFO, Grants Compliance & Quality Assurance, and COO to ensure compliance and reporting.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and balances; ensure accurate documentation.
• Lead program development and student engagement activities.
• Communicate grant requirements, deadlines, and program updates to BGCTX leadership and staff.
• Engage with school districts, TEA, families, and community partners to support program objectives.
